Herbal Tea

All true tea comes from the same plant, called the Camellia Sinensis. Any leaf that comes from a different plant is considered an herbal tea or tisane. For example, Chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, Yerba Matte and Rooibos are considered herbal teas because they do not come from the traditional tea plant. Herbal teas are usually 100% caffeine-free and offer a spectrum of health benefits.
