This exquisite Chinese flower tea is a lavish spectacle for your eyeballs as well as taste buds. It is made by professional Chinese artisans by crafting highest grade fresh spring crops and natural herb flowers like Tanyang Congou, Jasmine Flower and Lily. The tea balls expand during brewing to reveal a fiery red lily petal resembling a fairy’s dress, and hence the name “lily fairy black”. It tastes strong and flavourful, accompanied with rich and mellow aroma. It is also healthy; lily helps diminish inflammation and soothes agitated nervous. Wow! This is a great tea. But you need to develop a taste for it. You would not like this tea if you do not like the strong Jasmine aroma, or for that matter a floral scent and flavor. The base tea is black with a floral flavor to it. I prefer my teas to be flavored and enjoy trying out different varieties. It took some time to get used to this, but now have grown to love it. It feels good to unwind with this cup of tea and almost works the way aromatherapy does with your body.

It has almost become a fad with me. I absolutely love to see it bloom into a lovely bouquet of flowers when I dip it into hot water. I take it twice daily- it is a perfect stress and fatigue reliever. It is aromatic and full of flavour. I would say it is a great treat, both for my tongue and my eyes!
